This is a nice thick compression sleeve. But for me there was not enough support. I have knee buckling problems and really need some sort of hard braces on the sides. This does provide warmth to the knee area. May be good for arthritis. It is stretchy and fits fine. Just doesn't provide the support I need to hold my knee in place.

This will be a tight fit. I suggest buying two sizes larger than you normally do. It does add support to your knee cap and keeps things from shifting or becoming inflamed. As long as you buy larger size than normal it will not roll down or cause any circulation issues

My knee has been hurting me recently and I needed something to compress it and this has been really perfect. Fits comfortably I got the extra large and it was able to assist me with some relief. It's easy to put on and the fabric is great.

I was on the upper limit of one size and decided to size up and it still feels a little tight. Seeing as my thighs are not that large someone with larger thighs might want to consider going 2 sizes up. Maybe it will stretch out over time, but not sure how much. It does say to handwash only, so I wouldn't avoid throwing it in the laundry. For the medium size it's almost 6" diameter opening at the top, 8.5" in length, and almost 5" diameter at the bottom opening. Overall, I think the material is nice and the brace does improve stability, but sizing might be a little off.

This knee brace is well-made and comfortable to use while retaining good flexibility and mobility during various workouts. It provides noticeable support and compression to my knee thus alleviating my mild knee pain. I think that it also helps me recover faster from intense kettlebell exercises.

My measurement was around 15" which was at the upper end of the range for medium. I wanted it to be snug and not loose, so I did get the medium, and it's just right. This is a pretty lightweight item, perfect if you just want some basic support. Don't know yet about the long term durability but the fabric has a quality feel to it, and the stitching is good too. Perfect for some added help on the pickleball court.
