This is a nice thick compression sleeve. But for me there was not enough support. I have knee buckling problems and really need some sort of hard braces on the sides. This does provide warmth to the knee area. May be good for arthritis. It is stretchy and fits fine. Just doesn't provide the support I need to hold my knee in place.

This will be a tight fit. I suggest buying two sizes larger than you normally do. It does add support to your knee cap and keeps things from shifting or becoming inflamed. As long as you buy larger size than normal it will not roll down or cause any circulation issues

My knee has been hurting me recently and I needed something to compress it and this has been really perfect. Fits comfortably I got the extra large and it was able to assist me with some relief. It's easy to put on and the fabric is great.

I was on the upper limit of one size and decided to size up and it still feels a little tight. Seeing as my thighs are not that large someone with larger thighs might want to consider going 2 sizes up. Maybe it will stretch out over time, but not sure how much. It does say to handwash only, so I wouldn't avoid throwing it in the laundry. For the medium size it's almost 6" diameter opening at the top, 8.5" in length, and almost 5" diameter at the bottom opening. Overall, I think the material is nice and the brace does improve stability, but sizing might be a little off.

My measurement was around 15" which was at the upper end of the range for medium. I wanted it to be snug and not loose, so I did get the medium, and it's just right. This is a pretty lightweight item, perfect if you just want some basic support. Don't know yet about the long term durability but the fabric has a quality feel to it, and the stitching is good too. Perfect for some added help on the pickleball court.

This knee brace is well-made and comfortable to use while retaining good flexibility and mobility during various workouts. It provides noticeable support and compression to my knee thus alleviating my mild knee pain. I think that it also helps me recover faster from intense kettlebell exercises.

Several years ago I had a second knee surgery on my right knee. Both times, they removed torn cartilage. 20 years of running and racing had taken their toll on both of my knees. My right knee joint is loose with much of the cartridge now removed. I can't run anymore without pain. I have replaced running with bicycling which produces much less stress on my joints. I decided to try an elastic knee sleeve to alleviate some of the daily knee pain that comes from my everyday functions. I measured the circumference of my knee and chose the size L from the LP SUPPORT sizing chart. I tried this for a full day and found the sleeve to be quite comfortable, my knee felt tighter and more controlled, and best of all - no pain for the day. I wore it under my jeans. The length is good, it didn't creep up or down, and I had almost forgotten that I was wearing it. This product is a good buy for knee pain relief!

I've been dealing with knee problems over the years and now if I twist my right kneecap inward, I can hear and feel a loud pop. I went to my doctor and he told me it is from worn knee ligaments. Once I put this knee brace on, it stiffened up the knee area for extra support without cutting off circulation. I plan on buying an extra brace from this company for my left knee.

I'm 63 years old, and during those decades, I have been hard on my knees. This brace gives just the right amount of snug support tht I need. I'mwearing a medium that fits true to the sizing on the size chart. I like the simplicity of this brace. no wraps or flaps or velcro. Recommended.

This midweight brace provides good support. My husband is using it regularly while he awaits a knee replacement. He reports that it is comfortable and does not chafe, as some other braces do. It does not provide quite as much compression/heat retention as the neoprene brace that he uses alternately. The sizing guide is accurate, and this brace fit perfectly.

This is a great compression brace for playing sports. I ordered it for my hubby because he frequently plays basketball. He said that it is super helpful and supportive! It's not too tight and it's breathable. I highly recommend!

I don't have any actual knee injuries and I never have had a knee injury requiring a brace so I can't speak to how well this brace will assist with knee injury recovery. However, I can say that it is comfortable and stretches easily to my leg size while still staying in place well. It does start to ride down and bunch up after keeping it on, but I think that is to be expected with any knee brace. Even when that happened, this one still felt like it was giving me some nice compression without being way too tight. It is still light and breathable; my leg has not felt like it was getting too hot. Overall, I'd say it's a good brace and worth trying out if you need some extra knee support for sports or really any other reason.

Basically this is about like any other compression brace. It rides down a bit throughout the day and is thick which is good but the riding down is not.

Most of these come with three features: a compression sleeve, plastic side stiffeners, and a silicone ring for patella centering. Only one feature is needed in my book: the compression sleeve. That's what this one is. Simple and effective. I have arthritis in my knees, and compression sleeves make a big difference in my sports performance. I play racquetball and a good compression sleeve like this keeps me moving pain-free on the court. This one is simple, lightweight, and easy to clean (wash on gentle cycle and air-dry). Recommended.

I injured my knee months back and have needed to wear knee braces like this to compress the area to help healing. This is one of the better knee braces I've gotten. It covers the area above and below the knee well, provides good compression, stays in place and comes off without any pain. My only minor quibble is that unlike some of my other knee braces, this one says to hand wash which is a bit of a pain. Others can be washed in cold water. All the ones I've gotten can't be put in the dryer including this one. If you don't mind hand washing, this is a very good product at a fair price.

Got this brace for support when exercising or more strenuous activity is required. I am at "that age" when my knees start to bug me when doing more strenuous stuff. Candidly - Many times I ignore the size charts and just order XL when I get stuff like this, but the fit is true to sizes shown. I fit well in a Large. It offers good support but does not affect circulation. The material is comfortable against the skin, and I was not itchy. Overall very glad I picked this up. Will be using a lot.
