I've been using the product daily and I'm delighted with it. The fact that it's just 1 capsule a day makes it convenient! It contains 16 strains, which is impressive. What I also love is that it's non-GMO and includes prebiotic fiber. Finally, the fact it's shelf stable is a bonus. I highly recommend it!

The reason I think this is a really great product is because of the 20 billion CFU it provides. As someone who has struggled with digestive health during pregnancy, I can attest to the fact that these capsules greatly improved my overall gut health. Plus, being gluten, dairy, and soy-free, it's perfect for those with dietary restrictions. The only downside I found was the taste, but that's a small price to pay for such a great product.
