We haven't actually used it yet, so take this review with a grain of salt. If we have any issues, I will come back and update it. But it arrived last week, I set it up in about five seconds, maybe 10. No tangle of shock corded poles, no fabric that's too small to fit over the poles, no flimsy unstable footing. The thing feels solid, it has a good seat height and is easy to push up to stand. (we are seniors and the simple act of standing up is harder and harder every year!), it's easy to recline. My husband and I both found it comfortable and he's 6‘2“ and 180 and I am 5‘3“ and 150. The back is high enough to support his head, many things aren't because he's so tall, and it's fine for supporting my stubby legs. It is bulky, it is heavy. You wouldn't want to carry it far, but for car camping, it is so worth it. We've just had it set up in the living room and I've been sitting in it here to make sure we like it and very shortly we will be going on a camping trip and throwing it in our Travato van.Not gonna lie, it's going to take up more space than I wanted. I was looking for a couple of chairs that had a high enough back for my husband but broke down into something small. I've decided that that doesn't exist. At least not in something it's easy to take out and set up immediately. We have one REI high back flex-lite chair. It's OK, it's light, it's small, but it is a bear to get the fabric stretched over the tinker toy legs. And it is a bear to get the legs all bundled together to stick back into the storage bag. And we have one GCI Pico chair that folds up to the size of a briefcase. But it's very upright, no back support. OK for dinner chair but not for kicking back in , IMHO.Nothing's perfect. But this is a good solid camp chair, and since neither of us pushes the limits of the chair, I expect years of use out of it.
