The Team 45 has a larger main compartment with multiple exterior compartments to carry all your training gear. So stuff your swimwear, workout clothes, caps, goggles, keys, phone, water bottles into the convenient main compartment or side vented pockets for easy stow options. The Team 45 is equipped with 2 side mesh compartments with elastic cinch closure for gripping your favorite pre/post workout drink container or stashing your wet swimwear. With a total of 45 liters (2746 cu in) of storage space, this bag is the only one you need for carrying your swim & dry-land training needs to the pool or gym. We engineered this backpack for easy quick gear loading with the pack's wide-mouth top YKK zipper compartment. Oversized and robust YKK zippers on each compartment provide ultimate security for your gear. With both interior and exterior compartments for separated dry and wet storage keeping moisture under control.

I used it a a triathlon bag. It fits bike shoes, bike helmet, lights, tools, everting indeed for running and everything for the water with more room. Quality is good and it looks good too!

Better than a water proof pocket is to use a bag, 8t comes with it. Smart and simple. The breathable pocket for shoes is excellent. And it is light. Great

My son uses this for his swim team keeps everything he needs in there. The only problem is he needs to remember to take his wet stuff out so it doesnt get stinky but the bags great.

Good build quality, opens pretty wide and has a lot of space without being too bulky. The calipers aren't great but i just put on better ones from Lowes

I bought this as a gift and my grandson is very pleased with this bag. It has held up well and he takes it to swim practice every day. He has a place for everything he needs!
