CMCcare Thumb Brace is contoured to support the joint of the thumb, or CMC joint, without limiting the wrist or the ulnar of your hand. This makes it perfect for those with arthritis and instability. It is designed to eliminate pressure from the web space, maximizing finger movement. The embedded stay can be contoured to best fit the shape of your hand. This thumb brace can be adjusted and fit in many ways to make sure that your thumb is not just as stable as it can be, but also as comfortably as it can be. The edge of the splint can be adjusted with a spot heat gun for a custom fit by a healthcare professional. Now includes a removable 3pp Cozy Liner for extra comfort. Replaceable strap is adjustable at both ends allowing the patient to determine the proper fit for stability and all-day comfort.
The thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) should last you years, even with consistent usage. It is waterproof, latex-free and stain and abrasion resistant. The brace can be machine washed or hand washed safely.
