Works good for my half deaf Dad who's 90, he hears good with it. But he doesn't like wearing the headphones. Yes very good product if you can't afford the very expensive hearing aids.

Extra volume power for conversion, tv watching or phone calls. Good quality microphone and headphones makes for a good sound experience. Larger than hearing aid, but handy when the extra power is required.

My mom has had otosclerosis for many years and her hearing has been diminished for years. She doesn't like hearing aids, so has just resorted to being deaf and living in silence. I got her this and she can hear again!! This device is amazing and such a blessing to my mom!

My dad lost his hearing aids and wasn't able to go to the audiologist to get new ones. I bought this so we could communicate better with my dad until we could get to the audiologist. The pocket talker has bern a great solution to this problem.

Construction is a bit flimsy and the fact that ir is wired is a bit of a pain but it is helpful in conversations with a soft speaking person

My mom tried for years to find hearing aids that allowed her to be part of a conversation. Having a cord attached isn't the most ideal, but at the end of her life, we were able to converse without shouting with those pocket talker. Highly recommend.

My mom, who is almost 93 has been having hearing issues for years. The last 6 months or so has been getting worse. This product has done wonders. I use the extension for the tv and she can now hear it. We don't get blared out by having to have the TV so loud also. We put microphone in the middle of our weekly get together and now instead of us having to yell or her just sitting back and bring in her little world she is right in the conversation. We are so thankful for this. Only thing is we have to adjust the controls for her because it's too difficult. But that's nothing compared to having my mom back! Highly recommend.

Bought this for my husband who has profound hearing loss. It greatly improves his hearing and understanding. He is in hospital now and can understand Docs and nurses better. This one is much improved over the original one we got for him 2 years ago. Thanks Williams. Recommend this to all I know.
