This back brace was bought to help support my back during a flare up. The support is great. Other issues are still causing pain but not because of the brace. It's a little uncomfortable only due to the fact that I have a pear shaped body so there's some gaps. I would still recommend this for excellent support. I do like the lumbar pad.

The size ranges seem odd, but the velcro expands or contracts a lot, so you probably will need a size that is not quite the size you are accustom to.. Belt works great and doeant pinch or sag..

My aching back

I woke up one morning with horrible lower back pain. Just dealt with it for a day then decided I better do something about it. It arrived later that evening and was almost miraculous. I still felt pain, but the intensity was way down. I was able to get up out of a chair without taking over a minute to do so. Easy to put on and adjust for tightness and support. I recommend this to anyone!

This a large support brace. Easy to get on an off and provides lots of support while it is on. I get sweaty when I am wearing it so it doesn't stay on for long periods of time.

I suffer from multiple back issues and a brace was recommended by a Physical Therapist.

Last night I stepped wrong getting out of the tub. I felt like something was off, but my stubborn self said all would be fine. Fast forward to 2am, the pain I felt was terrible. By 6am I was nauseous and thought I was going to pass out from the back pain. Ibuprofen was my best friend. Luckily, I had today off and was set on my couch trying to be careful and limit too much movement. Then I decided to see if a compression style belt might be worth it. Admittedly, I was concerned that it would be days before I would get any item.Well, the universe must have felt my pain. Reviews on this specific item were very good and it sounded like it would he exactly what I needed. I put it in my cart, and it said I would get this today after purchase.Suuuure.I live in the boonies. Highly doubtful I might receive it.Well, my guardian angel just showed up about 15 minutes ago and I already have this bad boy wrapped around my waist.There is so much relief already. I can take a deep breath and move around more reasonably. I am truly surprised and so glad. What a wonderful way to end my day!! Will most likely sleep with this tonight.A huge thanks to creator of this fancy belt! I appreciate you! And to the driver who picked up an evening shift. They will never know just how much this has meant!

Once on it works good to provide low back support as well as a means to expand or tighten the pressure...

I twisted something yesterday! So I ordered it this morning, then went to get a back massage (thinking that would help). The lower massage worsened the condition; to be honest, I felt it when I tried to put my clothes on. Anyway, when I arrived home, I found the package already there! I put it on, and I immediately felt relief!I am a plus size guy, so I ordered the XX L and it fits well (I was worried it is going to run small)

Good even pressure around back and stomach. The wide Velcro stomach bands are hands-down more comfortable than narrow bands! It's comfortable for light duty work as well

I wear 36-38 pants. Usually 36. The small size barely fits me. If the velcro holds up, this should be a good buy. It's comfortable and supportive. I can bend over, sit, and the brace is flexible and stays in position well. I don't think you're suppose to wear this directly on your skin, but it seems comfortable enough if you wanted to. It would eventually get smelly. Probably shouldn't put it in the washing machine.

Helped almost immediately with lower back pain. There were a couple seams with sharp points that I had to trim off because they kept poking into me.

The minute i put this on what a relief! It supports my lower back while i stand doingdishes, when i vacuum and lift boxes. At 72 i need some support due to life wearing down my lower back.

I have scoliosis and on occasion need extra back support. This works great; I wear it often, even under my clothes when I go out to shop or take a walk.
