I bought two of these helmets, one Green Bay, one Pittsburgh for my wife as a gift. They are a little smaller than a real helmet so it was very hard to get on/off of my head. However, my wife's head is smaller and she has no problem putting it on. The cheek pads are very well padded but the "air bladders" in the top of the helmet are purely for decoration only and provide no padding. This makes the helmet sit a bit low on your head, my wife only wears it for a few minutes at a time while watching football games so she just sticks a dish towel in the top so it doesn't fit weird. Considering it was less than half the cost of a real regulation Riddell helmet, it was worth the money and they look great on our bookshelf.

The helmet arrived and the box was torn in some areas, worn down, and looked really old. Then, when I took the helmet out of the box and plastic bag it came in, the inside of the helmet was disgusting! It looked like something had spilled in it or something- one side of it was all sticky and covered in yellow/orange gunk. There was gunk in some areas on the outside and on the face mask too. What happened? Where had this helmet been prior to being shipped to me, "brand new?" I certainly do not think this was a brand new helmet and looked like it fell off the back of the truck or something. Very disappointing.

This was a gift for my son at Christmas time and he loved it! We are also Happy the Texans have won their first Playoff and hope they continue. My son wears the helmet at every game and loves to run around the house playing like a football runningback! We hope to add some autographs soon to the helmet.

I was very impress with my Dallas Cowboys Helmet.I didnt buy it to wear it but it was a great addition to the Cowboys man cave.It had both stars on the side,I have read that some were getting it on one side.

I have just received the replica of the Steelers Helmet that I ordered for a friend. First of all the description provided is not uite acurate; the team logo decal is ONLY on one side of the helmet. SeconD there is no such thing as actual padding inside, it's only a sheet of foam that is molded in the form of padding. Also, as mentionned in other reviews, the helmet is quite small and will only fit kids or people with very little head. t is litterally a plastic toy replica of the real deal. Dont buy this if you intend to wear it as a joke while you watch the game ! It will not fit your head.Except for those details it looks amazing and will make a great addition to anyones collection ! Also great for autographs and you can always buy decals for the helmet to personalize it.
