The circumference of my shaved head is 23 1/2 inches. This equals a hat size of 7 1/2. Originally I purchased 7 3/4 because of the reviews saying they ran small. I was swimming in that one but fair enough maybe that's the right size. So then I ordered 3 hats at my true size 7 1/2 and not only do they run small but two of them are significantly smaller then the third one. If this helps anyone, the Aqua and the Cardinal colored hats we're really small and the Black/Grey hat was slightly small. I do like the style and price of this hat so I will try the 7 5/8 size. UPDATE: The Aqua 7 5/8 came and it's a little big, but best fit so far

Slightly large fit. Good quality for the price. My son wears it backwards because of the way it fits if that makes sense. The grey is a nice color.
