These have excellent flavor and sprout well. We used a small amount to grow cat grass. We added some whole wheat berries to our stew.

Great product. Decent money. I got to say it is what it is when it comes to prices for this sort of stuff. However, these I found the organic content value price, taste, cleanliness, quality. Never mind that but how clean they already were was perfect

The wheat berries had spider like strings causing many of the berries to stick to the bag. I've only ever seen this with insects in the grain, needless to say I won't purchase this again. Health benefits: Hoping to improve our health
