I took a chance on this product, but I am satisfied. I have not tried it as whipped cream, but it provides a wonderful texture and flavor for soups. Very easy to use.

Very good consistency . It seems to be a little sweet, however a little salt can be added to make it taste more like sour cream. Good stuff ,
