I bought this thinking it was like Grated Parmesan Cheese but the minute I started eating it, I QUICKLY discovered THIS IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT Eating this is more is more like eating salted flour. The more you eat, the more the salt becomes present It might be great for cooking but I wouldn't recommend eating it raw regardless of what you put it on

I was always a big fan of Cabot Cheddar shake which is sadly no longer available, but this is nearly as good. I never want my popcorn without it.

The only thing I've used this for is to sprinkle on our popcorn. Also bought the cheddar cheese by this company. It has a great taste and no aftertaste. Really bumps up popcorn night ! It's worth every penny.
