Use the recipe on the box, and your batter will be way too thick. I used one and a half times more cold club soda to mix, and it came out pretty good.

Only have to add water. Browns evenly, taste great and crispy with a little salt to taste after frying.

use it two or three times a week. light and flavorful...just need a dusting...let sit on fish for a while before frying or use for a beer batter. mmmmgood!

I do love this product. I once had a recipe for batter using ice water and lost it. This product is exactly what I was looking for. Fries up crisp and stays that way!! Very happy with it!!

McCormick Tempura is excellent for seafood deep fried fish and shrimp. Great for onion rings too. See attached picture for what arrives in a padded envelope in the mailbox. I usually buy this in the store but they were out so I ordered online
