I rarely leave reviews, but this smart toilet with bidet deserves more than just praiseit deserves recognition! From the moment it arrived, I was impressed by the quality and design. The functions are top-notch: the bidet features are hygienic and comfortable, the automatic flushing, heated seat and heated water work flawlessly, and it has all the modern conveniences you'd expect from a much more expensive model. Truly an incredible value for the price! But what really sets this purchase apart was the outstanding customer service. I encountered a leaking issuenot due to the product itself, but because of a faulty installation by my plumber. When I reached out for support, the owner of the company personally got involved. Not only was he responsive and genuinely concerned, he went above and beyondbeing close to the company headquarters, he actually came to my home to help address the issue! That level of care and commitment is almost unheard of these days. Thanks to both the exceptional product and extraordinary service, I’m now a loyal customer for life. If you're considering a smart toilet, look no further. You won’t regret it!

I bought one in November 2024 and I had some issue in May ,I contact the customer service and Irene help me to get a new replacement lid. Professional company and very responsive. thank you very much

This bidet is great. It is a Fantastics value compared to the name brands that are 4 times the price. It is easy to use and has great functionality. I like that you can control the temperature of the water and the dryer. I recently had a problem with the remote and I contacted the company. They quickly responded and sent me a replacement. They even followed up to check that everything was working correctly. Do not hesitate to buy this bidet as it worth every penny.

I bought the Luoware LWS01 smart bidet toilet in January 2025 and had it installed in March 2025 during a bathroom remodel and honestly, I wish I had done it sooner. This is my first full smart bidet toilet. Back during the pandemic, we got one of those manual bidet seats it worked, and it saved us during the great toilet paper panic. But drying off manually after every wash? That only takes you halfway to cleanliness and comfort. This toilet? It's the real deal. You know you’re clean when you’re done. From the moment you sit down on the heated seat to the gentle warm water wash and cozy air dry, it’s all comfort and convenience. There are multiple wash modes (rear, feminine, massage), adjustable temps and pressure, and even a self-cleaning nozzle. The flush is powerful, quiet, and efficient thanks to the built-in tank and booster pump, it performs great even with low water pressure. What I really love: Hands-free everything remote and foot sensor flush. Soft-close lid (note: not automatic, but that’s only in the PRO model). Backup battery for power outages huge plus. Fits the same space as our old round toilet no weird modifications needed. Cool LED nightlight subtle but super handy. If you're thinking about stepping into the world of smart toilets, this one’s the perfect entry point. It gives you premium features without the premium price. Every time I use a regular toilet now, it just feels medieval.
