The remote control stopped working in less than 6 months, and I can't get in touch with anyone for a replacement. The toilet itself is great, but without the remote, it defeats the purpose of having a smart toilet.

Game changer for sure .. sitting on a warm seat in the winter is everything.. then warm water rinses that is massaging.. baby whew I’m in love .. go get u one u will love it too

Never thought I would describe a toilet as bing "Fun" but it definitely has instilled some fun to whoever have used it. Maybe even some joy. the extra function and clean feel afterwards bring fun and joy to the person. It has all the creature comfort one would ask for a toilet or not ask until you experience this one. It warms the seat, flushes automatically. rinses and dries, auto close and open, then there is even the light. All of it so is functional. Of course with many new tech, the question is longevity. Some of the toilets in our house has been with the house since it was built in the late 80's. Ive easily been able to service it with standard components from the hardware store. This one, if something breaks, im not sure how i would approach it. Im sure if it breaks within the warranty period then its a non issue, but what happens after warranty is done. Lets hope that this fancy toilet will last for many years to come. Installation requires some work, specially since i didnt have an outlet nearby. So i had to have an outlet added. All the rest are fairly straightforward. I like that this is more compact as well as we have a small master restroom, so i gained some space back. All in all, i like what this has added to our restroom that is otherwise plain with standard old tech.

Excellent quality smart bidet I was so impressed with the first, I bought a second one for my other bathroom The features rival that of the much more expensive brands and I am so happy with them On top of this their customer support is very responsive and so easy to work with
