I have been using chia seed in my old-fashioned oatmeal for several years, but sometimes it is not available when I shop for groceries. Happened again last weekend, so decided to start ordering online to make sure I never run out. This is an excellent brand, and should last me awhile. Plus, the nice container, once empty, can be used for other food storage. Chia seeds are very healthy, and I never want to run out again!

THESE ARE GOOD, BUT NOT AS GOOD AS IF THEY MILLED BECAUSE THEY ABSORB EASIER AND FASTER THROUGH THE BODY WHEN THEY ARE MILLED.

I had never tried chia seeds before. They are excellent for "keeping you regular" without impacting the taste of your food. I use them now daily.
