Use medium shells in saucy pasta dishes to allow the shells to scoop up your delicious sauces and deliver it to your mouth! Kids love mac and cheese made with shelled pasta too.
Azure Market medium shell pasta is crafted with Azure-milled ultra-unifine durum semolina flour in order to infuse each shell with the wholegrain goodness you've come to love from Azure flours.
While we wait for their facility to become certified organic, we're proud that the ingredients of this pasta is fully organic.
By using our ultra-unifine flour, we're using a highly elastic flour without sharp bits of bran to puncture the dough. This means pasta is more tender and delicious while still having the nutrition of whole grain. Under the careful hands of our pasta artisans, our flour comes to life as a delicious, tender meal staple.
We're proud of this wholesome pasta from the best of the best. With our special attention to inspiring the maximum nutrition to pasta and our pasta artisans special attention to creating a tender, toothsome result, we know this will be a delicious tasting pasta that leaves your body feeling energized and well.
Bring 4-5 quarts of cold water to a boil. Add salt if desired. Cook Pasta for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste until preferred level of al dente texture is reached. Drain pasta.
