Product Description
A perfect blend of your favorite grains. Try using 20% cracked grains to 80% whole wheat flour for a perfect loaf of bread.
Our cracked products are milled and sifted to meet specific granulations, with unwanted fines and small particles removed. Medium Cracked 9 Grain Mix is medium grind.
Our grains are processed naturally to retain their wholesome goodness and rich flavor. Our unique advantage is that our mill is located in the heart of the world recognized golden triangle grain producing area, Montana. We only offer the highest quality without exception. Our service is superior and consistent. Our grains must meet strict quality tests and standards.
Medium Cracked 9 Grain Mix is generally used in bread baking, similar to how you would use cracked wheat in bread baking. Use the 9 grain mix as is and just add to the dough. Try roasting the mix at 250˚ for 20 min then let it cool and then add to the dough for a nuttier taste. For a softer texture you can soak and then dry the 9 grain before adding to the dough. Also try as a hot cereal- add water and 9 grain mix and cook for 15 - 20 min or until desired consistency.
