I bought this and installed it almost a year ago it has a year warranty a couple months ago it stopped working I contacted support and they we're very helpful, but there's a lot of steps you have to go through to troubleshoot to find out which part it is it's a real big pain in the butt. But they will stand behind their warranty they sent out the parts that I needed and they got here right away a month later it went out again and it was a different part this time but again they sent it out right away. And when the time comes and I have to buy another one I will purchase this brand again

Topens is a pretty good product. Easy to install and get set the way you want it just follow the instructions. Definitely beats getting out to open the gate all the time!

Every thing you need to install is included except the drill. Smooth opening and solid performance. Had a small issue hooking up the power but tech support walked me through. Great product.
