The gate opener was very easy to install. I really like using the app to open and close the gate. Also like the key to unlock the gate from the opener. Makes it easy to disconnect when needed. All in all a very good gate opener. The product support was quite helpful when we had a small issue.

This opener is the Best Buy so far this year ! We were sick of having to get out and open and close the gate. It was way to install the video instruction were a huge help ! It subs smooth and so quietly my husband got extra key faub controllers for his tractors lol we give it 10 stars

I have owned this gate opener for about 1 year and it has functioned well. I do believe lightning may have struck our gate, which is metal, and this disrupted the sensitive electronic gate components. Since I was still in warranty, Topens had excellent customer service and walked me through the troubleshooting process and ultimately helped me get the gate functioning again. This correspondence was through email and their response time is within 24 hours, can't ask for much better than that. As far as the gate is concerned, it does exactly what a gate should do, it opens and closes. The keypad, fobs, and lock all work exactly as they should without any issues. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would purchase again. Lastly, if you live in a lighting prone area, you may want to consider a grounding rod. This is what I ultimately added to the system, connecting a grounding rod to 6 gauge wiring to the metal gate and to the ground of the receptacle (I'm using an outlet for power, not the solar/battery). Time will tell if this mechanism protects from electrical interference.

Great gate opener

The Topens gate with lock is the third gate set we have had installed and by far the smothest, and easyist to install. Over the year we have had it installed we have had bo issues unlike the last MM we had, we were resetting it weekly. It is strong on a single arm covering 12 feet. Took less than 1 hour to install, great literiture and videos to walk you thru each step. Highly recommend

This opener was simple to install and works great! I also installed the ET24 electric gate lock. They work seamlessly with each other. I would recommend this to anyone.

In 2 years working good

This gate opener works well at my rural home running off two (2) 30W solar panels and two (2) 12VDC 35AHR garden tractor batteries. Installed the opener control board and power supply in a VEVOR Metal Waterproof box (12Dx16Wx24H). Also added an inexpensive Tuya RF Wi-Fi switch installed in a a plastic waterproof enclosure/box attached to the side of the VEVOR metal enclosure to open/close the gate via the Tuya Smart cell phone app. I was concerned the VEVOR metal enclosure would block the Tuya RF Wi-Fi switch hence the plastic waterproof box (12"x12"x6") was added and I have EXCELLENT RF and Wi-Fi. (NOTE: I have outdoor Wi-Fi and extenders covering my 4-acre property and can also open/close my gate from anywhere in the world with the Tuya app as long as I have an internet connection!) OUTSTANDING Customer service (Thanks Zoey!). HIGHLY RECOMMEND this opener, company, and setup described above...

I have two of these openers, and they are well designed, well made and easy to install. Customer service by email is swift and exceptional. Good management produces superior products.

Fairly easy install I has to use Customer Service for a wiring issue that was my fault and they replied very quickly with very good instructions. I will probably add more accessories in the near future . Thanks for great service and product

Quality built great

This gate works very well. Unfortunately, we tried 2 Mighty Mules before we settled on this. Both Mighty Mules did not work properly.

This was a good buy for an easy to operate electronic gate opener. The remote controls work well and the Topens customer service was very helpful with questions about product use and installation questions.

Item was easy to install as long as you follow the instructions. Using clamps as instructed allowed installation with no adjustments needed. It opens quickly and the remote range is very good.

I had a closing problem with the gate. The closing was hard and would keep trying to close for about a minute, then it would open and cycle again until I removed power. With the help of Hedi from Topens we focused on the magnetic switch. The replacement switch came fast and I changed it out, but the problem remained. Hedi ask me to take it apart to look at the magnetic ring. When I did we could see that it was broken in half. I was supprised that Topens sent me a new arm instead of just a magnetic ring. The product is very good my supposition now is that my grandkids were climbing on the gate. I have now installed a block of wood under the top rail to give more support when closed. Thank you Topens.
