3M™ Perfect-It™ EX Ultrafine Machine Polish quickly and completely removes ultrafine swirl marks, even on difficult dark-colored vehicles. It stays wet longer, letting you use less material for a refined finish. Yet it also holds better on the pad for reduced sling and faster cleanup. You get polished surfaces without machine polish swirl marks - all at lower material costs and process times. You never thought one machine polish could deliver both of these important advantages during final paint finishing - until now. Our 3M™ Perfect-It™ EX Ultrafine Machine Polish stays wet longer on the substrate, meaning you don't need to keep reapplying it and using valuable product during the process of machine polishing and swirl removal. This can be especially important in places where heat and humidity are common inside or outside of the shop. Yet the polish also holds better on the pad, reducing the mess, waste and cleanup time associated with sling. As the final step of a truly professional vehicle paint finish, our Perfect-It™ EX Ultrafine Machine Polish quickly and completely removes ultrafine machine polish swirls even on the most difficult black or dark-colored vehicles. At its heart is aluminum oxide, the same mineral used in many of our top-performing abrasive discs and sheets. In fact, fine grade aluminum oxide discs are part of the Scratch Refinement stage of our Perfect-It™ Paint Finishing System, which features our EX Machine Polishes. This abrasive cuts quickly and uniformly in a very fine grade to remove ultrafine swirl marks left during the machine polishing process.
