Item is as described. Worked well in my laser printer stand application. I wanted to be able to pull the furniture-stand out from the wall for vacuuming and when using pass-thru printing. The diameter and width size of the wheels work well on carpet. I mounted two of the wheels on the rear legs of the stand, allowing for the thickness of carpet, using a steel rod axle, keeping the wheels in place with washers and small cotter pins. The rear legs are riding on the wheels, but appear flush with the carpet. To move my printer, I lift the front and easily loll-out the stand with printer. See picture.

I bought a hoist that came with plastic wheels and rolled very hard, got this along with a axle bolt and now it's so easy to move around now. Solid wheel. And so many sizes to choose from, and the price is great for the quality!

Wheel diameter was exact. The axel bore was smaller than needed but easily fixed by drilling out to proper diameter. Inserted bushing from broken wheel and worked fine. Very pleased with the outcome.
