Product steam button stuck in less than a year use; I loved this iron because of the steam function. Reaching out to manufacturer, stay tune.

I purchased this iron because it was reasonably priced and had good reviews. 4 months after purchase, the mist button broke so I called the customer service number to troubleshoot. Instead of giving me tips to fix, they sent a new one. This was fine with me but kind of wasteful and I felt bad knowing the brand new iron would go into the landfill. The second iron worked fine until today when I depressed the steam button and heard an internal crack. Steam no longer released. I called again and was told the iron was 3 weeks over warranty and nothing could be done. Two separate features on two separate irons broke within months to a year.

I purchased this February 2021 and have used it intermittently. The steam function and all safety features worked great, until now. The only way to get steam is to push the steam button. Not happy with how long it lasted or didn’t.

This iron is heavy and has quite a few different temperatures so I thought it would be a good choice. I was wrong. It doesn't get hot enough and getting the wrinkles out is almost impossible. I ironed a cotton shirt on the cotton temperature fo 30 minutes and it still has wrinkles. I then put it on the temp for jeans and finally got some steam still took time but it was a little better. I would not buy it again.

I try ironing my Tshirt, it did not flatten or iron my shirt as I thought it would, for the price it's not worth it. I would rather buy another iron.
