It's definitely more on the bitter side of teas, but I enjoy the earthy taste and adding a bit of honey is great!The tea comes in weird tea bags, that don't steep well at all, and since the tea inside of the bags is a powder, I just open the bag and dump the powder in my mug. It dissolves like matcha powder and you'll get more flavor that way.

If you're looking into this tea to induce a period when you know you won't get one... Does not work for that. BUT it actually taste really good! It might help regulate your normal period.

I was skeptical at first but I drink it nightly and it really does help promote lucid dreaming. I have never had such vivid dreams! And even had a dream about someone stealing my identity and my saving the actual night someone tried to apply for a credit card under my name. I'm not sure it was the Mugwort or not but I never ever had dreams like that nor have I ever remembered them. I don't mind the taste but if you do, then just pair it with another bedtime tea and a little honey. I'm buying more soon!

This kind of tea is supposed to cause lucid dreams. I got it for that. It's absolutely disgusting. Tastes like I grabbed a bunch of grass off the bottom of my lawnmower and made it into a powdered tea. Really bitter and chlorophyll flavored. My sister said she thought it tasted like earwax. I drank it as a tea one evening and didn't have any dreams. The next night I made it a concentrated shot and chased it with a shot of French vanilla creamer. Still no lucid dreams.It's also supposed to be beneficial for "lady time". Stimulates blood flow to the pelvic region? I didn't notice anything particularly different in that arena. I'm still going to use it tho. I haven't given up on those dreams.
