I was looking for a boonie hat, for the Summer, and this one fits the bill. It fits comfortably, helps keep some sun off of your head and neck, and gives that nice, casual vibe. The first thing I did, when I received the hat, was to give it a quick hand wash in hot water. Mostly, I just did that to help relax the brim a bit, so I could shape it better. I like the hat, and might look into getting another one in either a dessert or city camo pattern.

I’ve always enjoyed this type of cover when I was in the service. It’s almost like the original but not quite. They did a good job making it and have no complaints. For the price and quality, I would buy again.

This hat is perfect really. It fits well and rolls up if you want to, and the color matches my FDE/coyote brown attire perfectly. I would purchase again and recommend.
