OVERVIEW
This reliable and easy-to-use phone improves many of problem areas those with hearing loss struggle with. Speech is louder with 40dB amplification - ideal for those who are constantly asking the caller to repeat themselves . Tone control defines and enhances sound quality and this phone has 6 level presets with customization options.
KX-TGM420W's noise reduction feature makes for clearer calls in noisy environments. Fast talkers are better understood using the Slow Talk Control in real time and for listening to messages on the answering machine. The 110dB loud/bright red visual ringer will always let you know when someone is calling!
This KIT includes one KX-TGMA44W expansion handset. For convenience in multiple rooms you can add up to 4 more (see Accessories). The phone has DECT 6.0 technology for improved range and superior transmission between base and handset. With the built-in battery back-up-a fully charged handset provides up to 13 hours talk time and 9 days standby. Rechargeable Ni-MH batteries are included in the base and handset.

Works well can put ringer higher then most phones and same with voice so elderly can hear better.

Thought it would be an upgrade from the Clarity phones, this Panasonic phone is useless, phone volume not loud enough and very difficult to hear even with volume and tone raised all the way as far loud as it will go. Set up was easy but this is not a phone for someone other than has very mild hearing loss.
