Mrs. Anderson's Non-Stick Silicone Toaster Oven Baking Mat is a commercial-grade silicone mat designed for the home baker and specially sized for toasting, reheating, melting, browning and baking foods in standard toaster ovens and convection ovens.
A must-have of baking tools and toaster oven accessories for quick meals and easy cleanup. Woven glass fibers sealed inside the Baking Mat transfer heat evenly, so foods cook perfectly, every time. Naturally nonstick, foods release quickly and easily without oiling or greasing the surface.
Reusable and more economical than using parchment paper, it holds 12 (2-inch) or 6 (2.5-inch) cookies. Simply lay the non-stick Baking Mat, with writing side facing up, directly onto the toaster oven rack, or a toaster oven size baking sheet or cookie sheet. Place items to be heated or baked onto the Baking Mat, and pop it into the toaster oven. Made from silicone and natural glass fibers for even heat transfer, the sealed, non-porous for better kitchen safety.

I like it. Good for baked goods, but I tried it with chicken and there's a dark stain now. Oh well, it still works. I bought a set for my mom.

I absolutely love this mat. This is the 6th one I have purchased. I am a frequent baker, and the mat helps me bake cookies without burning the bottoms of them. The quality is very good and it's so easy to wash and dry.

Product does not cover the side of the pan. Using parchment paper works better. The jelly roll stuck and then the pan had to be cleaned anyway so it would've been easier to use nothing or use parchment paper.
