MOM brings our community together to create food and housing security through action and advocacy.

Target demographics: Prevent homelessness and end hunger

Direct beneficiaries per year: over 1,500 households

Geographic areas served: The Middleton Cross Plains School District and the westside of Madison, Wisconsin

Programs: Services and programs supported or conducted by MOM include free food distribution, free clothing and household items; financial assistance for emergency housing and rent; Good Samaritan aid for transportation, prescriptions, automobile repair, etc. ; seasonal programs: School Supplies, Thanksgiving Baskets and Winter Wishes; and referrals and advocacy to other resources within our network.
