This is an Un-Brominated flour and honestly, the best I have ever used. I make everything from scratch, and everyone in my house knows when we run out. There is no replacement for flavor and texture. My bread rises more, and has a flakier crust. Cinnamon Rolls are Huge and Pie Crust is decadent. I recommend this for all Sourdough bakers too!

This flour has been a game changer when making sourdough! It honestly is the BEST FLOUR! Worth every Penny! I’ll NEVER USE ANOTHER FLOUR TO MAKE MY SOUR DOUGH AGAIN!

It should say, 49 pounds, 12 oz - not 50 pounds. Have bought 4 bags over last 2 years and each has been about 4 oz short of the "50 lbs".

Just delivered. Mfg date 6/10/2023 FRESH!! Delivered fast, packaged very well. Double-wrapped in clear plastic wrap, inside a cardboard box.

This is great flour for a hoagie roll, which is what I use it for. The rolls come out light and fluffy and taste great. I recommend this product for sure.

This is the second time I have purchased King Arthur All-purpose flour in the 50 sack. It was well sealed and fresh when I opened it. I repackaged in in 5 to 6 seal-a-meal bag and have stored them it in a plastic tub in the cool basement. The flour stays fresh and ready to use as needed. So glad there is the option of buying in large quantities!If you have the space to store and use a lot of flour, this is the way to go.

Really nice flour - I love getting this bulk size so I don't have to run to the store so often. It's a high protein flour and works beautifully for baking breads that need a nice strong dough.

This is my go to bread flour. I bake almost daily and find this flour to be very versatile and alway of high quality. The packaging usually takes a pretty good beating in transit. I have received some boxes that were little more than cardboard rags upon delivery. But, no ripped or damaged bags as of yet. And besides, it's a 50lb bag of flour in a standard cardboard box. I'm just thankful that delivery folk are dedicated enough to get it to my very rural home.

I've been using King Arthur flour for over 50 yrs. now. Went back to making my own breads again with the intrusion of COVID, and got in the habit of buying bulk flour since I have room for storage. KAF Special patent flour gives me beautiful consistency with sourdough bread, pie crusts, cookiesit is a great product!

We get excellent results from all our breads, including egg bread, milk bread, light and dark rye bread, and cinnamon bread with walnuts we use for french toast. Excellent flavor with a nice crust.

Make sure you have somewhere to store this. It is a big bag. Great flour, though, and a much better price than buying 5lb bags. Good stuff!
