Very fresh and tasty. The price was much better than our local Walmart and the product tastes much better than another brand that I used to purchase. It's a bit sweet and tastes like real almonds. Hope it tastes well in cookies. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

This product is a must try if you are wanting to try / use Almond Flour. It is cost effective in comparison to other brands and has a fresh / nutty flavor and texture. I will be reordering this product on a regular basis!

I use this to make low-carb flat breads and pancakes. I mix 2 cups of it with: - A dash of salt -1/4 cup of flax seed meal or psyllium husk powder (for fiber / health reasons) -1/4 cup Casein protein powder or 2 whole eggs (to bind the ingredients) -3 Tbsp tapioca starch (to give it gooey texture, and makes it crispy when pan fried) -water (I don't measure, I just keep adding until it's gooey) Then fry it in a skillet or bake in a toaster oven 400F. You can flavor it with garlic powder or your favorite spices, or eat with fresh fruits and plain yogurt.
