This is my first time using almond flour. I like that it can be used 1:1 with all purpose flour. It's fine like all purpose flour. I didn't see any difference in the finished recipe. There was no taste of almonds. I do not like nuts.

Excellent ! I have been experimenting with replacing the white flour with Almond flour in some of my recipes. It tastes just a bit nuttier which is delicious. Especially for Pumpkin bread.

I love this almond flour and large bag because I use it a lot for baking. I especially love using it for pancakes. I was looking for an alternative to regular baking flour and this is a great alternative! It is a great price and a great quality and it tastes really good. It is important to pay attention to baking instructions. You may need to use more water or oil with this flour depending on what you are using it for.
