Very good. I use it as concentrate!! Perfect for drinks!!! Perfect for health shots! Shake it up, poor a shot over ice, add 2 shots of Jameson, add 2-3 shots of water (seltzer, any soda, or juice also works) Perfect mule

This stuff is amazing. Mixed with their Turmeric Juice! 100 you will feel better. It will lower inflammation like you have never known. This stuff will change your life if you use it ever day with their Turmeric Juice! Also, if you have gotten to this point you might want to stop eating so much wheat and sugar, that's not so good for the body.

I found this to be very convenient and very strong. While a lot depends on your sense of taste and example is i put one once in 16 onces of seltzer water and had a ginger flavor as strong as any commercial ginger ale. Being a diabetic I use liquid sucralose the sweetener in splenda which without the maltodextrin in the powder form has so little carb that it's in the hundreds of 1 percent and mixes easily also torani makes a less concentrated version sweetener syrup that is the sugar free version of simple syrup you can use. Either way a lot of options including ginger tea by it's self or added to any form of tea or in cooking, baking

Perfect ingredient for my homemade kombucha. Don't forget to shake it frequently when dispensing. I mix 1 tbsp of this juice with 1/3 cup of coconut water (no sugar added) on each 16oz bottle of my homemade brew.

Love this product, I use this as a daily shot. Helps with digestion and indigestion and I just feel great on it as I feel I get a burst of energy. Love the convenience of it as pressing ginger not only takes time but also takes a toll on your juicer. I also love their turmeric juice and mix the two together.

I've seen people leave bad reviews for this stuff saying it tastes horrible. That is not the case if used properly. Straight ginger tastes VERY strong and not particularly delicious by itself, but when mixed in tea (as I do) or used to make other ginger-based sauces it is perfect. Just note that this stuff is POTENT straight from the bottle and isn't meant to be a beverage on its own. A tablespoon is enough to make a cup of tea with hot water, lemon and honey added. You can also take it as a shot but beware the sharp aftertaste as I previously mentioned. It's almost like swallowing liquid black pepper if I could compare it to anything. Just the right amount can aid in digestion and stomach issues but too much can cause just the opposite effect. Just know what you are buying when you purchase this, it's an additive, not a drink on its own. Besides that I'm pleased with it. One bottle goes a long way.
