Seems like a solid set. Certainly helped me get a torque wrench onto some tricky bolts (when installing intake manifold on a Toyota 22RE engine).

I recently had all of my Snap On tools stolen. I can't afford to replace with Snap On right now, so I gave this set a shot. I'll start off by saying that for the price, this set can't be beat. Very good quality, as are all Gearwrench tools I've owned. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the joints have a little bit of slop to them, but they still get the job done! Why buy one Snap On flex socket when you can get a set of 10 for the same price?!

I have bought many Gearwrench tool sets. Wrenches, sockets, ratchets, etc. and they have generally been very good for the money. Make no mistake, it's no Snap-on, but they are typically worlds better than other similarly priced China tools. I must say these swivel sockets are my least favorite Gearwrench experience. Upon opening the package, my initial impression is that the pins holding the sockets together in the middle look cheap like they might fall out and they are not pressed in at uniform depths. When I tried to use the 15mm, I noticed it fit very loose. Like it was a 16mm. So I got out my micrometer and sure enough it measured 16.3mm, even larger than the socket actually labeled 16mm, which was 16.1mm. Mostly likely this was a mistake on assembly where a 16mm head was actually mated to a 15mm base. That got me curious about the rest of them so I measured them all. Luckily there were no more mistakes in socket assembly, but the tolerances were a bit larger than I was expecting. The measurements I read varied from as much as .1mm under to .35mm over the desired socket size. I don't expect Snap-on quality for nearly 10 of the Snap-on price, but these still were a little disappointing compared to other Gearwrench tools.
