This boot is lovely, but seems to follow dancers' shoe sizes more than standard boot or shoe sizes. Additionally, it hugs the foot VERY snugly, so once you find your dance/character shoe size, take the next size up or so, and the laces will allow for adjustment.

I bought these for my wedding and managed to make it through an hour of photography, an hour-long ceremony on a boat dock, and three hours of dancing in an absolutely massive hoop-skirted dress without any foot pain. Definitely exceeded my expectations!!
