Direct beneficiaries per year: 25,000 patients (including the over 1,900 new patients we added in 2021).
Geographic areas served: Mashpee, Falmouth, Bourne, Sandwich, Centerville
Programs: Comprehensive and integrated primary care, behavioral health and dental services, including access to preventive health care, episodic treatment for acute medical conditions, chronic disease management, specialty referrals, and a 340b pharmacy, regardless of ability to pay. The health center provided aproximately 77,000 patient service visits.
