It wasnt us that purchased it..Lewis my husband went to help with a lady i work for to put hers together ..it was raggedy its not worth the money she paid for it. We fought it a. Got it together praying it wont fall apart. IT was miscut the measuring was off an thERE NO way u can screw tHE SCREWS AN IT HOLD I. HOLLOW plastic.

Lengthy assembly time for one person. Definitely takes two to set inside pool. Much better than the steps

So far I like the steps. We are missing a piece for the one railing so we cant put the gate on yet. We left a message with the company and are waiting to hear back. The boxes arrives pretty busted up so im assuming the piece got lost in transit. We had pretty big holes in the boxes.Directions weren't too bad. It took at least 2 hours to get half of it together with 2 people. We bought a mat for inside the pool....You'll need one. Im not a big fan of the zip ties used to secure the footing on the base of the ladder. It should be a part of that ladder already attached.There were some complaints of the stairs floating in the water. They are pretty heavy and one person needs to be in tbe pool weighing it down. We filled all 3 rails with water before screwing them together with the screws. They arent floating anymore. We will still buy weights to be safe. I'll update the review once the rest of the pieces come also! I'm going to be honest... the stairs aren't worth over 1k. They should be no more than 650. The bars on the railing, I can already tell you, are falling short of reaching the base of the stairs and the underside of the rails. They all need to be screwed in. The rails also don't sit flush even when screwed in.All in all, this is still safer and easier than a ladder for entering and exiting an aboveground pool. I think minor adjustments should be made by the company for future sales

Love the sturdiness and safety feature on it. No more wobbly ladder.

This product is extremely poor quality, not worth the price at any cost. You couldn't give it to me. Flimsy and stairs are very steep and a fall hazard.
