- Prepared - Immediate Service Preparation:1. Cook Banza In Salted Boiling Water For 7-9 Minutes, Stirring To Prevent Sticking. Expect Foam.2. Drain And Rinse Thoroughly.3. Toss Gently With Sauce & Serve Immediately.Recommended Foodservice Preparation(For Serving 2-24 Hours After Par-Cook)1. Cook Banza In Salted Boiling Water For 2-3 Minutes, Stirring To Prevent Sticking. Expect Foam. Note That Pasta Will Continue To Absorb Moisture/Cook As It Sits.2. Shock Banza In An Ice Bath Or Blast Chiller Until Cool.3. Gently Shake Off Excess Water/Residual Foam And Toss With Olive Oil To Keep From Sticking And Aid In Texture (~1 Tsp For Every 8Oz Banza).4. Cover And Refrigerate Until Service. Keeps For Up To 24 Hours.5. During Service, Add Par-Cooked Banza To Simmering Water And Cook For 30-40 Seconds Until Heated Through.
