Product Description
This is a delicious A2/A2 Organic dry milk powder that comes from the Alexandre Family Farm in Crescent City, CA. The high grade A milk is low heat pasteurized on state of the art equipment that creates a super smooth powder still packed with flavor. The creamy powder reconstitutes beautifully as a liquid, and works perfectly as an added dry ingredient in recipes.
On our carbon sequestering REGENERATIVE ORGANIC farm in northern California, we raise a special herd of cows that only produce MILK FOR HUMANS: Organic A2/A2 milk.
Many people who avoid dairy because of allergy or digestive issues, find that A2/A2 milk allows them to enjoy dairy again! This is because our 100% A2/A2 milk is free of the A1 protein (found in most other milks) that is difficult for humans to digest.

For optimal smoothness and flavor, mix at night for use the next day. It is best to use a blender and cool (not cold) water. Pour the powder into half the water - stirring or blending continuously. Wait a few minutes and then add the rest of the water, continuing to stir until well-mixed (about 30 seconds).
Ratios to use for Powdered Milk in RECIPES, add the powder to the dry ingredients and use the following ratios:

I bought this product for convenience when out of milk. I made a quart to try out. My husband said it was very good for powdered milk. I used in in cooking and was great.
