Good flavor, no complaints on quality or taste. It is thin. It does mix well into drinks and recipes. Buying the gallon is the better price, but takes up so much space in the fridge. Once opened it has to be refrigerated.

Fantastic quality! The jug is big and the price is great. It will save me a lot of money from buying the smaller jars at the grocery store. The flavor is great. We use it in our overnight oats but it would also be good on pancakes and the such.

I'm only allowed to partake of Maple Syrup or Raw Local Honey for sweetners due to Hypothyroidism. Maple Syrup mixes faster in the coffee than the Honey. I have both. The one down side of the Maple Syrup is it must be kept under refrigeration, at least in warm weather. My RV refrigerator is small and not much room for gallons. In cold weather I keep it on the back porch.
