I tried making these 4 different times, and they were always undercooked, overcooked, or both even; recommended soak time is probably not enough. They're a good size though.

I used this to make pork chow fun. The rice noodles were perfect. I much prefer using these noodles compared to the rice flake noodles that I had previously used because these are much longer.
