has not done anything for me. And states "The TENS 7000 Digital TENS unit comes with a one year warranty from the date of delivery, covering parts and labor." however when you go to register they don't make it easy: "If you do not see the form below (no there is no form), please reach out to us here with your name, email, and the device SKU you are registering

Took awhile to use and the battery is fine but the LCD dies not work!

It seem to assist with the pain. Be carefil when turning up the frequency start low and slowly slowly safety increase the frrquency.. i wish the pain pads were a little larger.

Sadly, I have ended up buying 3 of these in less than a year. They just stop working; one in less than a week , one is less than a month, the other one four months? I only got my money back on the 2 that were under 30 days. I never was able to contact the manufacturer for the other one. It's sad because when they do work they are awesome. It appears to be an issue across a lot of brands. I'm on the hunt for one where someone has had one for a year or more it hasn't stopped working. Fingers crossed.

Used one time and it did provide relief, even on the lowest setting. But could not get it to work a second time, even after following the troubleshooting guide.

I sure wish I had known this before I bought this product that it was only available as a battery operated unit. Do you have any idea how long a D battery lasts? Probably 30 minutes!

This product stopped working on one of the two channels. I could only use 2 pads instead of the normal 4 and this was in less than 6 months after purchase.

I purchased this for my mother who suffers from RA. Purchased in March, sent in April, used 3 times and it already shows low battery. Are they sending us second hand units ????!

Unit stopped working after 2 months. Only one side working at a very low intensity. Tried brand new batteries 3x 3 different brand new batteries

After using on my neck for relief from a car accident and whiplash I started having numbness and tinglingon the side of my head I was using it on. After some research I came across info that made me think this was not a good way to treat for pain.
