A tens machine takes some getting used to, but this cost much less than just one session with my physical therapist who only used one on me during the visit and not much else. My shoulder is better so I assume it worked.

It's ok.... Not i.oressed. Ya obviously feel it but didn't realize tension or strain issues on the muscles I used on .

This is an incredibly effective tense unit at an unbelievably low price. Years ago I paid well over $100 for a similar device. The unit is very easy to operate. Personally, I find a 9V battery such as this more convenient than a rechargeable unit. Has definitely helped with lower back pain.

If a Tens unit is something that works for your pain then this unit will work great and provides a variety of stimulation modes for you. Worth your consideration.

I'm so glad I came across this product. Ive been doing kettlebell swings and love this workout but my shoulders always have some soreness. It has given me great relief on my neck and shoulders.
