If you need a quick sugar fix, I guess you'll love these Cashews. But... they are so distastefully sweet, it was difficult to get through one small 1.5 oz pack. So, 230 calories for a handful of cashews. Follow this, Sugar is the 2 ingredient, Sweetened coconut is 3, Tapioca syrup is 4... and oh yes, there were cashews too. I still have this bad sugar after-taste long after I ate this. I gave the rest of the pack away. Also a small caveat... package says "may contain an occasional shell fragment."
