Product works as expected. This was a great upgrade to our 12x 20 above ground pool. has plenty of suction all season long. I initially tried the filter balls, which worked well for a little while and the suction was very good. Changed over to sand and the pool water stayed clean all season, much better than the filter balls did. Very easy to work and the timer setting was very helpful. The noise level was very nice. Can hardly hear it from the other side of the pool and on the side of the pool that it sits on, you can have a conversation without having to worry about speaking louder to hear the other person. I definitely would recommend anyone that has the standard little pool pump and filter that comes with their pool, to upgrade to one of these.

Used on a 24x18 above ground with the filter balls instead of sand. My pool has never been stayed so clean

Nothing fits together correctly. All seals are wrong sizes. Customer service is No help . All joints are plastic and brake easily. Drain broke the first time I used it. TOTAL TRASH

Okay so it took me a minute to get everything set up and done but now I have found everything is working awesome! This company is totally on the up and up, I ended up breaking the clamp on the sand filter I told them and they just sent me a new one and when I finally got back from a trip I finished up the rest, the pump wasn't working, so I let them know, told them what was happening and they sent me a new pump, with a snap of a finger. Unbelievable great customer service! It is a strong pump it does well with what I'm doing only 300 gallons, probably would do a much bigger pool no problem. I would definitely say if you're trying to choose which sand filter and pumpto buy, buy from them, granted I haven't had others so being the first experience I was very happy with this company.

I was very skeptical about using a sand filter as I never used one before but looking at the price and the reviews I decided to give it a try let me tell you the best decision I've ever made this sand filter works amazing super easy to install and leaves my pool looking crystal clear

Everything worked great when I first hooked it up in mid July 2023 to replace my old system that the pump failed. Opened the pool up this year with new sand and cleaned everything and followed the instructions like last year and have been fighting a cloudy condition since opening tried everything I could with chemicals but no luck all levels spot on. Decided on buying a new cartridge filter and pump combo and guess what? SAND is all through my pool making it cloudy will NEVER buy a sand filter system again lesson learned here!

My pool is filled with sand. The pump is shooting sand from the filter into my pool. I did all the checks and the fittings are tight. The instructions do not explain anything. UGH! This is not what I expected from an upgrade. The company is replacing the filter to hopefully fix the issue but I still have to buy another bag of sand and remove the sand from my pool. Not very happy about the extra work right now but happy the company is trying.

This pump and sand filter is quiet and changing the sand filter to backwash, filter etc is easy. Amazing product 100 recommend.
