Love this fan. Mine did not come with a remote. It does have a bit of noise from the glass hitting. I've tried to space out so it does not hit the best I could. It may just be it is not level on our end. It's beautiful and cools our room nicely. I would recommend it.Just expect to take a while to put all the glass on the hooks and then on fan. It's beautiful so worth the time.

Love the fan but the remote control was not in the box. How can I get a remote control. Pleased with the fan but very disappointed the remote was not packed

The fan is beautiful. Bought it about a year ago. With the warm weather we finally used the fan and there is such a loud annoying grinding noise you cannot sleep with it on. Disappointed that since it was a year ago that it was purchased I have e no recourse.

This is the pretties fan ever. It wasn't that difficult to put together but it did take some time but soooo worth it. My electrician was able to put a dimmer switch and a low med high remote on the wall switch. This is absolutely beautiful when it is dim at night. Love love love it!
