Easy installation, works well and looks great. Not too feminine with the “crystals”, which could be attributed to the darker color of the light casings and fan motor/blades. Was nervous about the “crystals” (don’t know what else to call them) looking cheap but they look good in person with the lights on or off. It’s almost got an art deco style. Love it.

Fan is beautiful but did come with remote control, unfortunately I was able to set up the fan after 30 days due to home renovation therefore I was not able to make a claim

I love this ceiling fan; it looks just like it's pictured. The glass details on the light bulb covers really make this ceiling fan stand out. Only complaints:1) The directions on how to install were abismal. It's a VERY good thing I had someone who knew what he was doing to install this ceiling fan It didn't even state what size light bulb you need to purchase. I had to go back and forth to the store trying different sizes until one fit.2) The pictures online show a remote, but this fan does not come with a remote. This was a huge disappointment for me. I probably would have given this 5 Stars if it came with a remote.
