Most people that left bad reviews didn't seem to understand this isn't paint rather then colored clear coat and needs to be sprayed over a chrome like surface, mine is the orange color painted over shiny gold spray paint, if used properly it looks pretty nice. Like others said use lots of thin coats, at first I was worried it wasn't going to leave enough color but as more coats went on it looked great. I used 5 cans to paint over my entire motorcycle (fairings and gas tank only) if that helps reference anyone for how much you need

Amazing look! Goes on thin, so be stringent with it. Very nice metallic colour. Works best with the silver base coat of the same.

We bought this to repaint our red golf cart. It didn't cover very well at all. We wouldn't try this again as it was supposed to be a better quality and wasn't. It was very pricey also. Good luck.

Must have allot of patience. Paint is super thin. Takes a bunch of coats to achieve good results. Can't rush it.

I put this on my 53 Corvette to add some 'spice' to the car. I'm sure the car was offered in several colors when it was new but mostly they, I believe, were painted in black, white, or red.I like how the paint job turned out. There is more for me to do before I call the car finished.

Using this to touch up scratches on my car. Not exact match, of course. But, way cheaper than so-called OEM spray paints (which are rarely spot-on either, fyi).Shook can for about 5 minutes. Tried touching up a front quarter panel. Outside temp was about 75 with low humidity.Paint seems lighter in color than expected. I mean, a shade or two lighter.Paint also seems a bit thinner in consistency compared to other Duplicolor spray can paints. I had to apply very thin coats from a foot or so away. Otherwise, this paint runs (drips).After a couple coats and wiping the runs, paint seems to look decent.I will recommend paint. But USE SPARINGLY for a neat appearance.

Bought this product to give the brake calipers on my Yukon a better look and it came out great. This blue is very cool and looks like candy in the sun. Theses pictures don't do it enough justice. Great buy!

if I was more patient it would have looked much better, but it looks good enough for me. had to use a couple extra coats to get it as dark as I wanted though. good stuff
