Mission: Transition Professionals assists people released from jail or prison via a gateway to services and support needed upon reentry to the community. Our Mission is:Reducing Recidivism by empowering ex-offenders to successfully transition from incarceration to communities.
Results: We have been operational since 2014 and have worked with over 1500 men and women both in the Bergen County Jail and upon release. Most of these individuals have found employment, and and s successfully returned to their homes and families, maintained their recovery, and stayed out of trouble with the law.
Target demographics: people get back on their feet after incarceration
