This is the best product for chronic stress and tension pain sufferers. I consistently get tension headaches, and my husband would have a difficult time trying to assist me in pain relief because he would press too hard, or not hard enough, or not... etc. With the theracane, I can relieve my own tension problems quickly and efficiently. It is a great product, and I only wish I would have purchased it sooner.

This item was recommended to me by a very good massage therapist. She said it will help me continue to care for problem areas between massages. I purchased the Thera Cane and have used it every time I feel bound up. It is especially helpfull in those hard to reach places like between the shoulder blades. I also like to use it on my calves, hips, and glutes. Of all the self massage equipment I have tried this is by far the most simple and effective.

I have a lot of problems with my upper back and neck. The Thera Cane Massager allows me to work out some of those kinks myself. The product itself seems very well made. I almost bought one of the more complicated brands that has a hinge in the center, but I can't imagine needing more options than this simple design offers. I've already purchased another of these for a friend.

This cane is not made of candybut it sure is handyhelps to get at those pesky knotsyou'll get hooked and use it a lotThis cane is made of pretty solid hard plastic. I really like the simple design. It comes with directions on multiple ways to use it, however, I just mainly use it to get the knots out of my upper back. It works great for that purpose. It's fairly thin and so you can place it anywhere. My friend keeps it in his van. Great product.

I just bought one of these to work out the trigger point in my upper back that continually gives me grief. I've tried the rollers, tennis balls, racket balls, laying on rocks, etc. Nothing really compares to the cane because it can easily apply varying amounts of pressure and can reliably reach small points that are causing pain. There are hundreds of positive reviews for this item, add another one to the pile. I love this thing.

This was recommended to me by a massage therapist and I LOVE it. It's really easy to get to those difficult spots and the massaging action really helps alleviate tension. I've spent so much money on various massagers, vibrating chair mats, etc. and this beats them all. I highly recommend it.

Just received my Thera Cane Massager yesterday and tried it out on my very painful, locked-up lower back. It worked! I was pain free for 5+ hours, and feeling and doing better this morning than any day for thepast two weeks. If you're looking for a gift for anyone with back pain, think about giving them the Thera Cane.

My wife and I were rear ended in a car accident and she has a lot of back pain as a result.While in physical therapy they showed her this item and it was like a small miracle for her.I try to help her with massage and pressure but I can't do the job as well as she can with this cane.She can put it directly onto the sore spot on her back and use both hands to pull as hard as she needs for relief.We love it.

I was hesitant to purchase this tool after my massage therapist mentioned it to me as a way to work on myself in between sessions. I'm so glad I did. It's quite easy to hit just the right spot and very effective. Even my skeptical boyfriend is a convert and I daresay uses it more than I do.

Product has been great. Really helps with those stubborn trigger spots that are hard to get to on the back and neck.Would highly advise anyone with back or neck pain to get one asap.
